I’ve always struggled with lower back pain and after one session Neil had diagnosed my issue which included hip and glute tightness which I had no idea about. He obviously sorted the pain out very quickly.Neil is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his treatment and has always offered a support plan to help alleviate issues I face. Nothing is roo much of an issue and no stone is left unturned.I cannot recommend Neil highly enough. Value for money is unmatched. Trust me I’ve been elsewhere and no one comes close.

I am a runner and used to constantly get running niggles – some which stopped me running for a while. A few years ago I went to see Neil Hawksworth to overcome a problem I had with plantar fasciitis. Having helped me with that I decided to see Neil on a regular basis (once every two weeks) for sports massage ‘maintenance’. That was a few years ago. Since then, fingers crossed, I have had no running niggles whatsoever. I am now sold on the approach of maintenance and prevention as being better that cure – this being better for mind and body. Neil is a master of his profession – he knows his stuff. I am very nearly 70 and still going strong – although not quite as strong as when I was 60, 50, etc.

Neil gave me a full assessment, highlighting areas in my shoulder, my back and my hip which I had no idea would have been an issue. From there, he worked the afflicted areas and following that, gave me more information on the right exercises to strengthen the areas that would reduce the tightness. In addition, as i am currently coming back from a long term knee injury, Neil was able to give me some advice on recovery and further help should I need it in the future.
