Neil is my my personal trainer. I can totally recommend Neil 100%. Neil takes the time to create a plan based on me as an individual, he works out what is the best program of exercise based on my ability. Neil communicates how each exercise works clearly. Neil has helped me so much to gain confidence in my ability and also to feel stronger.Neil is also my massage therapist. This actually compliments with the personal training, as Neil knows what exercises are best to strengthen my core and improve the issues I have with my back.
