I had an issue with tightness around my shoulder blades which restricted my ability to work to my maximum. Neil gave me a full assessment, highlighting areas in my shoulder, my back and my hip which I had no idea would have been an issue. From there, he worked the afflicted areas and following that, gave me more information on the right exercises to strengthen the areas that would reduce the tightness. In addition, as i am currently coming back from a long term knee injury, Neil was able to give me some advice on recovery and further help should I need it in the future. I was pain-free in just three sessions!In February, I was back in the office full time, working long hours and with zero exercise compared to working from home and being reasonably active. By the end of March, I was struggling with my back which also affected my weekly golf game as specific rotations would only worsen the pain.
