I was pain-free in just three sessions!In February, I was back in the office full time, working long hours and with zero exercise compared to working from home and being reasonably active. By the end of March, I was struggling with my back which also affected my weekly golf game as specific rotations would only worsen the pain. After three sessions of sports therapy and a few daily exercises set by Neil, I am now pain-free both at work and during golf which is fantastic.I will continue to have a monthly session with Neil to keep up with all the hard work and prevent regression.For anyone in pain, I highly recommend Neil as a sports therapist!
