Hi, I’m Neil, a dad, a keen sports fan and fitness enthusiast. I started my journey as a PT and a hockey player. During my career as a hockey player I used to get continual hamstring injuries, I never understood why and after several visits with physios, Chiropractors and other therapists, I never really got any answers how to prevent reoccurring injury.
I decided to sort it myself and do my research eventually leading me to qualify as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2012. Since then I have added Fire cupping, Sports Injury Acupuncture and Level 5 Soft |tissue therapy and rehabilitation to my CV. I teach Sports Massage, level 3, 4 and various other CPD qualifications for Sports Massage Academy. My goal to help you is helping you to understand how treatment and exercise can help improve you injury and wellbeing.
